Although you may browse through our pages and view our sample gallery, you will
require a password to view event images. You will need to contact the company
to register and you will be required to provide personal information and event
descriptions in order to gain access. During registration you are required to
give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information
for completing orders and for sending you information regarding expanded or
modified products and services. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal
information with anyone outside the company for purposes other than completing
an order and/or transaction.
Independent Business Solutions (IBS), a dba of Alan & Pam Meyers and Associates,
Inc., is the sole owner and maintaining entity of the information collected on
digitalstillstudio.com. IBS collects personally identifiable information from our
users for the purpose of registering for passwords and completing order transaction
requests from the Web Site.
The Web Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Please
do not register at digitalstillstudio.com or with the Company if you are under
the age of 13.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally
identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact
information (such as name, email, and shipping address) as financial transaction
information is not currently collected on this website and you will be contacted
by a representative from IBS to complete the order transaction.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Protecting The Photos
All photos taken at public or private events are organized by event and are
password protected to protect from general public viewing. However, because
some events may be public events, your photos are accessible by all participants
of the event. In addition, because passwords are event-related, viewing access
to event photos cannot be controlled by IBS or its official representatives due
to public sharing of passwords. To aid in the protection of your photos, images
are processed before uploading to the website to reduce the ability for public
printing and are marked with IBS copyright information. Images are strictly
prohibited from being reproduced, copied, or altered in any way other than by
IBS and its official representatives.
Uses of Information
Digitalstillstudio.com is the website address for Independent Business Solutions.
This site is used to host digital images from photographic shoots and/or events
and is provided as a viewing convenience to IBS customers. Collected information
is used to make ordering prints possible. We do not sell, trade, or rent your
information to others. By using this website, you consent to the collection and
use of this information by IBS as outlined in this policy.
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on expanded or modified products,
services, special deals, or promotions. You can sign up for these emails from
us on our order page.
Out of respect for your privacy, we offer the option not to receive these types
of communications. Please contact us by email for requesting this option.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when
it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended

In order to provide you the ability to make photo purchases or pay for booking
fees, we use QuickBooks accounting software and Innovative Merchant Services,
both part of Intuit, to verify your identity and address, in order to process
your credit card transaction request.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We do not share aggregated demographic information about our user base with third
parties. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable
information. In addition, we may internally use this information to help better
our services.
Personally Identifiable Information
We do not share personally identifiable information with Third Parties other
than for the purpose of completing the financial transaction and shipping your
order. We use Innovative Merchant Services to process credit card transactions.
For shipping of processed orders, we choose to ship via Priority Mail Services
with Delivery Confirmation by the United States Postal Services website for
generating shipping labels and postage.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as
required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect
our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal
process served on the Web Site.
