Registration
Registration for viewing photos on this site and its links does not require registration. Although you may browse through our pages and view our portfolios, you may require a password to view some gallery images. You will need to contact the Company to register and you will be required to provide personal information and event descriptions in order to gain access. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information for completing orders and for sending you information regarding expanded or modified products and services. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information with anyone outside the company for purposes other than completing an order and/or transaction.

Imagine If Photography LLC is the sole owner and maintaining entity of the information collected on digitalstillstudio.com and imagineifphoto.com. Imagine If Photography collects personally identifiable information from our users for the purpose of registering for passwords and completing order transaction requests from the Web Site.

The Web Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Please do not register at digitalstillstudio.com, imagineifphoto.com or with the Company if you are under the age of 13.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information, such as name, email, and shipping address.  We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Protecting The Photos
All photos taken at events are organized by event date and some situations may be password protected to protect from general public viewing. However, because some events may be public events, your photos are accessible by all participants of the event as well as the general public. In addition, because passwords are event-related, viewing access to photos cannot be controlled by Imagine If Photography or its official representatives due to public sharing of passwords. To aid in the protection of your photos, images are watermarked to prevent public printing of images. Images are strictly prohibited from being reproduced, copied, or altered in any way other than by Imagine If Photography and its official representatives.

Uses of Information
Imagineifphoto.com and Digitalstillstudio.com are the website addresses for Imagine If Photography LLC. This site is used to host digital images from photographic shoots and/or events and is provided as a viewing convenience to its customers. Collected information is used to make ordering prints possible. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Imagine If Photography as outlined in this policy.

Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on expanded or modified products, services, special deals, or promotions. You can request inclusion to these emails from us by contacting us on our Contact Us page.

Out of respect for your privacy, we offer the option not to receive these types of communications. Please contact us by email for requesting this option.

Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we may send you a welcoming email to verify your information including password(s). We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Profile
We do not generate profiles of information on any of our customers through this website. The only personal identifying information the Company collects is for ordering purposes only.

Supplementation of Information
In order to provide you the ability to make photo purchases or pay for booking fees through the studio of Imagine If Photography, we use QuickBooks accounting software and Innovative Merchant Services, both part of Intuit, to verify your identity and address, in order to process your credit card transaction request.  All images purchased through one of our web stores are processed through PhotoReflect.com and Express Digital and would reflect this on your credit card statement.  Any financial information collected by Photo Reflect or Express Digital is not shared with Imagine If Photography, other than dollar amounts and shipping information.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We do not share aggregated demographic information about our user base with third parties. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information. In addition, we may internally use this information to help better our services.

Personally Identifiable Information
We do not share personally identifiable information with Third Parties other than for the purpose of completing the financial transaction and shipping your order. We use Innovative Merchant Services to process credit card transactions. For shipping of processed orders, we choose to ship via Priority Mail Services with Delivery Confirmation by the United States Postal Services website for generating shipping labels and postage.

Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Web Site.

Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing materials or notices from us, you can indicate your preference by contacting us with your request.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We do not use cookies on this site. We use temporary sessions, contained in your web browsers cache, to complete the ordering process. This information is stored temporarily while you are accessing the site. Once you close your browser, or allow the session to expire past it's 15 minute inactivity time limit this information is automatically lost.  Once you leave this site and link to one of our web stores to view and order prints, any use of cookies is by the discretion of Photo Reflect and Express Digital who provide storage for all images by Imagine If Photography LLC.  We do not have any control of this practice.

This Web site may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Imagine If Photography. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
